At SOLS Education (Ghana) Limited we are on a mission to build an enabling platform Sifa that was inspired by the frustration teachers in Public Boarding Schools experienced with school administration systems that is not fit for purpose. It does not have to be this way. We passionately believe that there\u2019s a better way to create an enabling environment that will work for Public Boarding Schools and put them on path of their former self (as agents of social economic mobility) whilst simultaneously embracing new technology that will make them leaders of tomorrow!

\nIt starts by listening, engaging, and collaborating, with teaching and management staff of Public Boarding Schools in Ghana to design and develop an Educational Management Information System that is not an administrative accounts system! Sifa platform is a web based informational database useful for education leaders, and teachers that aims to bridge the attainment gap whilst simultaneously improving the lives of teachers and education outcomes of Public Boarding Schools everywhere in Ghana.
