Michael Ajani

Michael Ajani is a Data Analytics Consultant with background in mathematical science, operations research and financial mathematics. He has over ten years experience in the development of analytics-driven solutions and software applications for businesses and industries.

Michael has worked with Ernst & Young as a financial modeler with their strategy and transactions unit, and worked with Bullion Investment Group as a research and financial analyst. He has also worked with University of Ghana and the Regent University College of Science and Technology as a lecturer of Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Economics, etc. He works part-time at Benchmark Executive Business School as a course instructor for Advanced Excel Applications and Financial Modelling Masterclass.

Michael is a spreadsheet modelling expert with skills in Microsoft Excel programming using VBA, including, but not limited to, the development of Excel-based applications and add-ins, to solve problems in industries such as financial, service, energy & power, transportation, construction and hospitality. Michael has over 10 years’ experience in the development of financial models which are deliberately designed to be complaint with tax regimes, as well as, modern financial accounting & reporting standards across all industrial sectors. Michael has over ten years’ experience in financial and analytics modelling. Michael has created Excel-based applications such as financial statements management systems, payroll management systems, pension fund and financial analyzers, accounting software applications, etc. for corporate institutions.

Michael is an excellent corporate coach and, over the years has demonstrated outstanding management skills in the organization of training workshops in the area of business analytics with financial modelling and Excel programming to corporate institutions. Michael develops curricula for training courses in financial modelling and investment analysis and organizes training workshops for financial and corporate institutions in advanced modelling techniques using Excel and VBA for business and data analytics.
